Kristine literally put out a welcome mat- in every sense of the word. Details like a basket of snacks, honey from her bees, blankets for sitting outside, and juice in the fridge added to the welcome. The swans and cranes are so gorgeous. A 20-minute walk gets you to the little cafe and the river.

We could only stay one night, but it would be perfect for a week or more. Super comfortable and private with everything that you need. Highly recommended.

We reserved two nights but could have made it four easily. If you like to discover, this is the place. No glitz just honestly nice people in this part of Nova Scotia. The loft is very comfortable and as private as you want. A definite return for us.

Host Kristine makes her place warm and inviting. She gave clear instructions to get there and thoughtful information about the surrounding area. Our stay was quiet and comfy, the respite we needed.
